If they have the set in a place that it cannot be worked on then they need
to move it------OR-----pay me for my time to go find two strong
guys----AND---pay them for their time to come do it. We make sure to tell
the customers on the initial call to have the set in a position to be worked
on or they pay the service call---and we'll come back when they get it into
position. That normally cures this problem right off the bat.
