[TechAssist] 2nd try Ctc177 horizontal Collapses when ant is connected

I have a ctc 177 that will start to Collapse as soon as an antenna is
hooked up
Then it goes into shutdown
Have replaced
stk 730- regulator
Cr4403 C4403
and numerous caps
Also I can't get on to Rca's site
