Hi Everyone,

The system design document is almost done. Brad, Ryan and I have been
working with each one of the sub-teams to understand their plans and
formulate the controls needed to support those plans. We need to lock down
the system design document by the end of the day on Saturday so we can get
parts on order and start software design and electrical design work.
Please review the document available on your google docs named
"Preliminary Design Requirements".

If you don't have access to the document, send Brad or me an email and we
can add your email for access or send you a pdf copy via email. Brad added
everyones email that the team has recorded so you should have access if the
team roster includes your email address.

If we do not hear from you by the end of the day on Saturday, we will
assume you are in agreement with all the details of the system design.

There are a few items not fully defined and we need input/discussion to
lock those down. The automatic sequences to be performed during the first
15 second hybrid period need to be finalized. Some ideas/options are
listed and we need to try to finalize them as well. It would be great to
have some students get together and plan out all hybrid mode options to
implement before the end of the day Saturday.

Thanks,
John McInerney
