Yes - we've had such complaints.

We have also heard (from RNIB) that they advise their "clients" to use
such (buff) paving at uncontrolled junctions to turn along the side road
and cross elsewhere.

Hi All

Has anybody else had a problem with pedestrians claiming that tactile
paving causes them too much discomfort for them to be able to walk across
it. This is the first time we've had this complaint although the individual
tells us that it is a wide spread problem. Any thoughts?
