Mervyn,
We've installed two (M42 J10 and J7 A14) in the last two years. We are also
due to commence construction of a new signalled gyratory at J23 A14 in the
next couple of months.

Can I ask whether at any time in the last 10 years or so, your authority
(or HA in your area) has installed any signalised roundabouts as 'new
design' (as opposed to installing signals on an existing problem
roundabout)?
