[TCUG] Puffin Nearside units

I am going on site this morning to agree the position and height of
additional pedestrian nearside indicators on a staggered puffin. My
inclination is to direct these additional units to be fitted at say the
equestrian push button height. Is there any formal documentation relating
to the height above ground or can we judge ourselves?
