[TCUG] MF/1 Contract - Liquidated Damages

I am trying to gather some information on what value other authorities
define within their contracts for the following Clause in MF/1 tenders
Clause 34.1
. Delay in Completion for Percentage of contract to be paid or
deducted for each week of delay %
. Maximum percentage of contract vale which payments or deductions
shall not exceed %
. Maximum loss recoverable by the purchaser for prolonged delay %
