This camera is located in a library and uses the councils intranet. Two
webcams on street in Marsh Barton use infrared to a nearby premises and then
back via the intranet but somebody has taken the pictures off the website as
it is advertising the sponsor by the supplier Sirrus. Not quite what you are
asking I suspect
