We have 2 poles with these bands which have been in place for about 6
yrs, I heard somewhere that the reflectiveness can 'dazzle' some
partially sighted people??

I have been asked a question about a BVPI 165 requirement regarding
reflective bands on poles with PBU's on. Does anybody have these bands
or has anybody been asked about them during an audit,
