Andy,

Yeah, but editing them takes me a lot longer than shooting them… =)

I did not get the Kraken in flight since we were focused on tracking and
recovering the Nest at the time. I did get a ground shot of you guys:
http://www.flickr.com/photos/jurvetson/8154214217/sizes/o/

Here is the next frame of the Goblin-Red Max drag race, 0.26 seconds later…
https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10152236211810611&set=o.457712987614089&type=1&theater

and so I could not get a shot of both rockets under thrust (the gap was too
great).

I just posted the remaining shots on Facebook, with a closer drag race, and
Gene's metal storm: https://www.facebook.com/OctoberSkies2012Photos

Hi Steve

As Always great photo's. Aren't digital cameras great, makes it easy to take
hundreds and hundreds of photos without the hassle of developing and then
storing the negatives and pictures. I was wondering if you had any of my
Kraken that I shredded? We launched right after you and Eric launched the Nest
rocket on Saturday and maybe some more photos of the Goblin-Red Max drag race
photo you posted.

Thanks
Andy Hansom

Thanks! I am way overdue on sharing photos and video, but I just finished
editing tonight. I have a ton of airborne shots I'll delete soon to free up
space, so please let me know if you want more of any you see below (where I
posted my favorites of the launches I caught). I could not catch everything in
between rocket prep, because my son and I launched ten motors on Saturday! =)

I lost a black cylindrical video cam during my supersonic shred on Sunday in
case anyone found one falling out of the sky…. It might have an awesome video
on it… =)

Video compilations (2 pad cams + panning shots):

• Ground video of my supersonic shatter:

(both on-board cameras failed – one did not retain video through 100 g
interruption, and the other went missing in free fall)

Photos. Each flickr page has multiple photographs in the comments. I can get
you full size of any of those too.

Thanks Steve! Some of you are getting professional pics. I can see a better
camera in my future........ Meanwhile, I will content myself with all the
great shots you are taking.

RK,

Here is another: http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8047/8132552321_62cb3a7aa2_o.jpg

Again, let me know if you want more airborne shots as I pan up on each launch
and get a bunch.

electronics. Hopefully someone else had enough of a heads up to get a pic?
