Ahh! I guess I should have looked on the website for the knowledge base . Spike in dirt, pole over spike, done. Now to de-shroom a few poles .and make sure we have enough spikes. No pounding of the speakers poles should be necessary. At least that was how it used to be done. When we pound the speaker poles into the ground it mushrooms the end a bit and then the speaker mount doesnt slide onto the pole. Anybody got a good idea on how to best solve this? The pole is standard ¾ inch metal conduit and the mount is a standard threaded conduit end. My best idea so far is to mount a 6 inch long ½ inch diameter rod on the speaker that will slide INTO the pole. RZ No virus found in this incoming message.
