As far as I know, sportsmobiles were converted panels.  But I can't say that 
with 100%.  I agree that this looks like a kombi.  However, I don't think a 67 
panel wouldn't have the side vents.  I don't know when that change came about.

those aren't sportmobile side windows. This looks like a kombi that someone has 
partially installed a sportsmobile interior in.
