Tha's right. A guy who lives in a $300,000 house who's insurance "lapsed"?
Protect yourself with a police report and a written estimate and go on Judge
Judy.

Maybe Billy has too much on his plate, he painted my Westy last year and

Sorry to hear about your mishap, that always goes through my mind. I'd
expect a low wage person to hit me with no insurance but a guy like that...
    good luck,

I stopped by Billy's place on the way home from J & J, he quoted $3900
but said that when he paints he just folds the window rubber back and doesnt
remove all the parts and i felt much more comfortable with the quote that J & J
gave me even though it was $5,500. Billy was not interested in doing the job
the way that i want it done.
