Hi Brian,

The internal receiver in the N82 is the best I have ever used for an
internal receiver. I would say it is as good as my Holux. So I don't think
you need an external, though it does put more drain on the battery to use
the internal.

All the best

Steve

Hi all,

has anyone used the internal GPS receiver in the phone, with wayfinder
access?

is it still better to use an external GPS receiver?

Brian.
