Linda,
Sounds far more like the O2 settings for text messages, have you checked
that the message centre in use is the correct one within the settings.
I've had 3 N82's all with no issues whatsoever.

I have had about 4 n82s which have all failed. I wondered if by any chance
talks was known to be a problem with this phone or if ive just been unlucky.
The first few phones wouldnt send text messages now the latest replacement
wont forward a message.
