Not that mysterious, Steve. They simply decided to make the entire
access team redundant and put responsibility for Talks etc into the
mainstream marketing operation.

If you are referring to Mike Duxbury, he's gone. Not sure if he is
still working for voda but he's certainly not the man at the frontline
anymore. I heard he left in misterious circumstances.

Hi All,
Anyone have any contact info for someone who actually deals with Talks
in Vodafone? It's like trying to deal with a load of big kids!! I had
problems the last time I upgraded, and not much has changed.
They want to send me the phone, then I have to send it away again to
have Talks installed. I could do it myself if they sent me a serial
number!
I'd be grateful for any info.
