I have just tried this number and was very pleasantly surprised that not only was my call answered with two rings, but the first person I spoke to knew about Talks. Their advice was to go into any Vodafone store, pick your phone and they will send it off and have Talks installed free of charge. This according to the person I spoke to takes around five days. If Vodafone do not do the phone you are after, you can buy it from another shop and providing you are on the Vodafone network, they will still install Talks free of charge. A vast improvement on the first time I got Talks when Vodafone boasted they provided it but no one at the company seemed to have a clue what it was! Hi Andrew and all. I thought I had passed this number on but maybe it didn't get to the list for some reason or I have lost a few emails. Anyway, a number that worked for some about 8 months ago is 08700 733222 Ask about the speaking phone.
