Hello there. When I attempt to take a call on my N82, the ring tone cuts out and the message is diverted to voicemail. I would be grateful if some kind soul could instruct me as to how I can get talks speaking the person's name when I hit "talks + softkey 2" instead of diverting the call to the voicemail.
