Hi James. What version of Skype do you use? The podcast goes into setting up Skype 4; someone had a problem being able to arrowing through the Contacts list after pressing Alt-1. I wonder if others are experiencing this also; if so I'd hate to just plunge into Skype 4 and have the same problem. Reading the Contacts list was the main problem; thanks.
