This is a very good explanation of the steps for adding an address from your book. I only want to add that if you add the name to the to field make sure that it doesn't have any punctuation such as coma or semicolon after the address.
example: mama-gail@xxxxxxxxxxxx not mama-gail@xxxxxxxxxxxxx In the cc or bcc fields make sure a coma or semicolon follows the address.I like the bcc (blind copy) selection because the list is not shown to all of the 20 people you are writing to. Keep sharing everybody. That's for a great family.
