Good evening All,
Dr. Shengli Dong is an assistant professor of Psychological and Counseling
Programs at Florida State University. She has done extensive research on
workplace accommodations and has had several articles published regarding her
research and findings. Dr. Dong has contacted me to ask for assistance in
circulating her request for participants 55 years of age or older to
participate in the survey. See below for all the details including exciting
opportunities to win.

This study has been approved by Florida State University, and will adhere to
the confidentiality standards to protect the participants' rights.
Individuals aged 55 or older and need job accommodations are being sought for a
study by researchers at the Florida State University.
You are invited to share your perceptions of factors related to accommodation
requests by answering a few questions about yourself, your organization, and
your abilities and emotions in the process. This survey will take about 20-30
minutes.
The first 100 participants completing the survey will have a 1-in-4 chance of
winning a $25 gift certificate; and the rest of the respondents completing the
survey will have a 1-in-4 chance of winning a $10 gift certificate. Moreover,
you will be assisting service providers and employers to learn more about how
to improve the job accommodation process for older workers, considering the
fast trend in aging workforce.
