The differences between the 100/150 are fairly lite, 150 has a 550/650Mhz cpu and can take up to 4gb of Ram, where the 100 has a 500Mhz cpu and is limited to 2gb of Ram... they are the only real difference i can remember at the moment. the sunblade range are just the replacement models for the aging ultrasparc workstations (5,10, 30, 60, 80) the differences are many and all have many different configurations.. you'd be best to google and look them up. on the second hand/ebay market in the US an ultra 60 seems quite cheap and would be a great learning platform, here in Australia i'd be lucky to see a single u60 sell all year and when i do a new sb150 is alot cheaper. We just don't have the second hand Sun market that the US does.. people here tend to hang onto their Sun equipment.
