Yes we should definitely have a meeting. I think we should have it at the Como,
while we also have a meeting with the functions lady Paige about the menu. We
should get some posters printed up with the logo on them (just A4 colour) and
blutack them up around the place on the day. And some other things... we should
definately have a meeting
Oh by the way, the $700 from Apache came in on the 26th of November Ashwin. So
we're flushed for cash. $2200 in the account, I still need a cheque for $100.
Can you bring it to the meeting when we have that?
As for a time, I suggest tonight (Tuesday) at say 4 or 5pm? I'll call Paige at
the Como today and see when she is available, Who is available at what times
today (Tuesday) and tomorrow (Wednesday) both day and evening times.

I would like to hold one last meeting before the event on the 6th, just to
ensure that everything will run smoothly that evening.
We'll make it Wednesday next week, same time as always. Everyone should be free

Also Kar, it shouldnt really matter if you cant book the library room because
EFY should be empty now that exams are over, but if you happen to be at Curtin,
feel free to book us the usual room.
A note to Ellie too, did you get the email from Adam? Theres gonna be a meet up
