Richard, I'm only responding to one small historical aspect of what you mention
- the execution of the Rosenberg's. I was ten years old at the time and (for
some reason) I still vividly remember standing up in the back seat of my
parent's car at night, listening to the live radio broadcast of the Rosenberg's
execution. And it was pretty graphic, blow by blow. I think Ethel was
executed first. and it was broadcast live from the the death chamber. But I do
remember the repeated refrain was that they were executed for treason. At
least that was the popular perception. Espionage may well have been the legal
terminology. But it does seem a difference without a distinction now. There was
and is no reasonable doubt (then or now) that they sold out the United States
for both financial and ideological reasons. As did Jonathan Pollard in the
modern context. And there is no doubt that all three were Jews. But I really
don't see that that fact was anymore more than incidental. At least in the
Rosenberg's case. They were Communists first, Jews second. And they did this
country great harm in their betrayal. But I don't think their religion had
much to do with it. Pollard on the other hand was motivated by a religious
fever. So be it. He made his bed and is now laying in it. Had he done this in
the fifties, he too would probably have been executed. JS

Are those REALLY the best arguments you can come up to show that "most Jews
think of themselves as Jews first and Americans second"? Nothing you wrote
supports that statement. Haven't you ever heard of critical thinking? 1. Who
are those "most socialist/communist candidates" you refer to? Are they
Democrats? You know, the ones who often support labor unions? Socialist
candidates ran against FDR. According to your reasoning, the Jewish vote would
have gone to those candidates, rather than to FDR, who never identified himself
as a Socialist or Communist. In any event, how does this illustrate that "most
Jews think of themselves as Jews first and Americans second"? 2. Accepting
your premise that "all presidential candidates must pledge to support Israel,"
how does that show that "most Jews think of themselves as Jews first and
Americans second"? From the polls I've seen, Jewish voters are more interested
in other, national issues (the American economy, health care, etc.) than they
are in Israel. I don't have those polls at my fingertips, but I can probably
find them if you're interested. 3. You're probably referring to the
Rosenbergs. Actually, they were convicted of and executed for conspiracy to
commit espionage, not treason. In any event, how do those two (count 'em:
one, two) Jewish spies illustrate that "most Jews think of themselves as Jews
first and Americans second"? (By the way, a number of non-Jews actually were
convicted of treason in the 20th century, although none was executed.) You also
wrote: "If you are like most Jews, living in a Jewish community with other
Jews in America then you might feel like an American but you are not. You are
just a Jew living in America." I realize that you are just expressing your
opinion, but really, RR, WTF? Who are you to say who is and who is not an
American?

nice if youresponded to some of my more difficult posts so that not only I, but

many, many people come here with many different cultures including my parents
from Poland and Russia and spoke most often inYiddish which is how I learned
it, until they both studied English and other things and both became

our progress, for example, Bob Hope who was invited to sleep at the White

I agree 100% but that doesn't mean that we should allow them to immigrate to
our country if they can't assimilate into our culture.
Neither should we be dropping bombs on their countries or interfering with
their governments.

You can interpret, excuse or massage his words any way you wish, but the fact
remains that on December 7, 2015, Donald Trump called for "a total and
complete shutdown of Muslims entering the United States." I stand by my
original email on the subject: Trump wanted to ban all Muslims in 2015, and I
believe he would like to impose a ban on all Muslims today if he could. As for
your asinine assertion that I believe "'being a rat' is perfectly acceptable,"
let's review the facts: I never reported you to anyone, and I never revealed
any information that could be used to identify you. What I did was to contact
author Andy Weir and ask him if he agreed with you, that it was acceptable and
legal for "an acquaintance of mine" to post a link that allowed others to
download "The Martian" without paying for it. Not surprisingly, Andy said you
were wrong. This was not ratting out or snitching by anyone's definition
except, apparently, yours. You responded with some infantile name-calling
(e.g., "Rich the snitch") and made it clear to everyone that you don't like to
be questioned, corrected or contradicted, even when you're obviously wrong.
(More examples available on request.) Finally, regarding that recent poll
alleging that most Muslims support ISIS, here's another recent poll that says
just the opposite:
http://www.pewresearch.org/fact-tank/2015/11/17/in-nations-with-significant-muslim-populations-much-disdain-for-isis/#comments
Go figure.

the hell is going on."
Sounds reasonable to me. Since he made that statement he has had more time to
study the situation and has modified his stance to only banning Muslim
countries that support terrorism.
Once again sounds perfectly reasonable to me.
Or am I missing something? Why is Chuck Schuman actually crying about it and
calling Trump un-American?
Everything I say is my opinion. I try to include links whenever possible. I'll
be the first one to admit that I don't know everything. In fact what I believe
is that I don't really know anything. Seriously. When so many people lie how
can anybody be certain of anything? All one can do is form opinions based on
very limited knowledge.
What I meant by my statement regarding you is that I understand and respect
not wanting to be an informer. You've demonstrated that you believe that "being
a rat" is perfectly acceptable, and so should find it even more extraordinary
that no Muslim has ever turned in another Muslim terrorist even when they knew
what they were doing.
I can understand several reasons why somebody would not report a Muslim
terrorist. (1) Honor. (2) Fear of retribution. (3) Fear of being called a
racist by the Jew left wing media if not a Muslim.
According to a recent poll, 81% of all Muslims support ISIS. That doesn't mean
they support terrorism. Probably very few do. But it still represents a serious
problem when it comes to immigration.

RR, As requested, here is a video of Trump uttering the exact words that I
quoted verbatim from the official Donald J. Trump website:
https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/video/2015/dec/08/donald-trump-calls-for-complete-ban-on-muslims-entering-the-us-video
How come you couldn't find that video? Did you look? Do you suspect that the
speaker in the video is not really Donald Trump? Alec Baldwin, perhaps?
Here's a suggestion: Your credibility would be much enhanced if, instead of
writing (as you did originally), "...[none, zero] Muslim Americans have turned
in Muslim terrorists they knew about," you wrote: I KNOW OF none, zero Muslim
Americans who have turned in Muslim terrorists they knew about." In fact, you
should make it a point to always preface your absurd comments and "alternative
facts" with the words "I believe" or "In my opinion" or "As far as I know."
That way, the reader will know to treat your pontifications with the skepticism
they deserve. (Examples available on request.) I don't understand what you're
trying to say in your last paragraph. Do you? 73, Richard FreedlandMiami

me for using the word "Jew". It doesn't mean ALL Muslims just like it doesn't

But maybe you are correct. How many Muslim Americans have turned in Muslim
terrorists they knew about? Answer: None, zero.
It was the same with all the Jews who had subverted the U.S. Government in the
1950's and were selling nuclear secrets to the Soviet Union. There were many
Jews who knew about it but never said anything. Not one. Why not?
The Rosenbergs were the only two people in American history ever executed for
treason. And not just because they were traitors and were the leaders of a huge
spy ring of other Jews, but because they sold those secrets for big money. They
were just plain greedy.
But I am just obsessed, right?
