Dear Friend of "Chuck on the Right Side":
Why don't our citizens know the basics of our economic system, handed down by
our founding fathers, that has made us, the U.S.A., the richest country in the
world? Just recently, with the rise of Bernie Sanders, running for president
on the Democrat slate, many of the people (mainly young millennials) supported
his concept of Marxism/Socialism, and for which Hillary (in her losing effort)
also embraced.
Now with the election of Donald Trump, and his championing of the free
enterprise system, it looks like our country has dodged a bullet. For how long
only time will tell. Our latest editorial entitled, "Economics 101" explores
why the ignorance of our economic system is or will be a major problem facing
