The difference is that it is easier to see a web page than an attachment.
The contrast in newsprint is not very good. The paper is grey and the ink
is dark grey. The web page is black text and white background - much
easier to read.
In my case, I can magnify the web page by using Control plus + and the
everything gets bigger.
You mention the disenfranchised and then you mention again criminals.
Criminals do not obey laws, so whatever the law, criminals won't obey the
law.
Honest citizens do obey the laws.
I have no problem with a man or woman who is a former US Marine having a
gun, I have no problem with a nurse who works nights having a handgun to
defend herself. Criminals do not like having a hand gun pointed at them
and they usually run away before they get shot.

Let's say we had some ISIS group take over Miami and order all Jews to be

As for myself, I would shoot each and every ISIS Muslim that enters your
home without your permission or tries to take you or your family.
If I shot ISIS when they entered your home, would that be a very good
thing, or would you prefer that I not have the means to defend your freedom?

My comments: While no question it would have been best if those at the
Christmas
party had guns to shoot back at the two killers, I am not persuaded to buy

Another factor missing is the number of disgruntled citizens like the
