Pozdrav svima na listi,
Ja imam Ati Radeon 9600 i iste probleme.
dva racunala.
Evo sta kazu na jawsovoj stranici o tome:

Category: Video Cards

Short Description:

Incompatibility with ATI Radeon 9700/9800 Pro cards using the latest version
of the ATI Catalyst video drivers.

Problem:

Your system fails and you receive an error message (commonly known as a
"blue screen") when using the latest Catalyst drivers. NOTE: This has been
tested
at Freedom Scientific on Windows XP only.

Solution:

This issue is resolved in JAWS 5.10, released in August 2004. To read more
information about JAWS 5.10 and download the update, visit
What's New in JAWS 5.10

For best results, it is recommended that JAWS 5.10 is the last driver
dependent product that you install. If you install other DCM dependent
accessibility
products, or re-enable the second instance of the graphics controller after
JAWS 5.10 is installed, the error may reoccur. If this happens, reinstall
JAWS
5.10.

Note: JAWS 5.10 has been tested with both a single monitor and dual
monitors. While this particular issue is resolved and there are improvements
in functionality,
full dual monitor support is not expected from Microsoft Driver Chain
Manager (DCM) technology. For best results, it is recommended that you
choose a primary
monitor rather than use dual monitors. For more information, refer to the
following Freedom Scientific and Microsoft articles:

"Neither JAWS or MAGic supports extended desktop use with a dual monitor
setup"
"Microsoft and Partners Team Up to Solve Driver Chaining"
"An Introduction to Driver Chain Manager 1.0"

If you are using MAGic or JAWS 5.0 or earlier and experience this problem,
there are two options:

OPTION 1 - Disable the second instance of the graphics controller. This
option requires sighted assistance.

The ATI graphics controllers appear twice under Display Adapters in the
Device Manager. If the second ATI graphics controller in Device Manager is
disabled,
the blue screen problem does not occur. This is an option if you do not need
to use the extended Windows desktop. To disable the second controller:

1. If JAWS or MAGic is already installed, you will need to restart your
computer in Safe Mode.
2. After you restart your computer, press WINDOWS Key+BREAK to display the
System Properties dialog box.
3. Press CTRL+TAB until you move to the Hardware tab.
4. Press ALT+D to open the Device Manager.
5. Press the TAB key to move to the tree view, then press DOWN ARROW until
you select Display Adapters.
6. Press RIGHT ARROW to expand the selection. There should be two instances
of the ATI Radeon 9700 or 9800 PRO Graphics Controller listed.
7. Press DOWN ARROW to select the second instance. Press the APPLICATION Key
and choose Disable to disable the second display adapter.
8. Choose Yes when Windows asks if you want to disable the device. Restart
your computer when prompted.
NOTE: You can repeat this process to re-enable the second graphics
controller.

If you already have JAWS or MAGic installed, the video will need to be
rehooked:
1. Start JAWS or MAGic. The Video Intercept Manager appears. If it does not,
go to the JAWS or MAGic program group in the Start menu, open the Tools
submenu,
and choose Video Intercept Manager.
2. In Video Intercept manager, press ALT+I to select the Install Video
Intercept radio button.
3. Press ALT+E to choose Execute and install the video hook.
4. Press ALT+C to close Video Intercept Manager.
5. Restart your computer. You may need to use Narrator to read the login
dialog box. You can start Narrator by pressing WINDOWS Key+U.

OPTION 2 - Use version 3.9 or earlier of the Catalyst video driver. You can
find this driver on ATI's Web site at:
http://www.ati.com/support/products/radeonwinxppreviousdrivers.html.
Follow these instructions to install Catalyst 3.9.

1. Open the Start menu, and choose Control Panel. Select Add/Remove Programs
and press ENTER.
2. In the list of programs, select the ATI - Software Uninstall Utility.
Press the TAB key to move to the Change/Remove button, and then press the
SPACEBAR.
This uninstalls the video driver and utilities.
3. Restart your computer to allow Windows to detect your video adapter.
4. Restart your computer a second time after Windows detects the ATI Radeon
9700 or 9800 series video adapter.
5. Install the Catalyst 3.9 video driver.
6. Go to the JAWS or MAGic program group in the Start menu, open the Tools
submenu, and choose Video Intercept Manager.
7. In Video Intercept manager, press ALT+I to select the Install Video
Intercept radio button.
8. press ALT+E to choose Execute.
9. Press ALT+C to close Video Intercept Manager.
10. Restart your computer again.
