[sib-access] Re: instalation sib-access

I don't know, if anybody told you, that Sib_access only works with the full
and registered version of Sibelius. The plugin communicates with Sibelius
and it is constantly registering values. Registering values is only
possible, if Sibelius is registered and therefore doesn't run in demo mode.
Anyway, how can you tell, that the plugin isn't fully instaled, since it is
only files to copy in the right place?
