Hmm, I thought I recently read in the manual that one could simply insert the clef, then drag it about the score and watch the notes fly into position as one moves the clef. I paraphrase the manual, it's not an exact quote. I would suppose from this that you should hear the same pitches, but the positions of the notes would change.
