Claudio, I think the sounding pitch should remain the same? If you had a treble clef and a C3 note with ledger lines sounding a C3 then if you put in the bass clef and moved the note to the second space on the staff (C3) shouldn't it sound the same? I do agree that inserting the bass clef should have moved the notes automatically. Perhaps something in the reference manual under clefs could help? Maybe the bars in question needed to be selected before imposing the change in clef?
