I haven't tried that specific document, but have not had much success with
PDF's overall. Try converting the document to a text file. That option
should be available under "Save AS". If it is a large document, it will
probably take a while for the conversion process, but it will likely be
worth the wait. Of course any navigation built into the PDF version will be
lost, but navigation in a document one cannot read is altogether worthless,
wouldn't you agree? :) I have converted both the Sibelius 5 and 6 reference
manuals to text and have found them to be somewhat of a help, even though
they are unwieldy.

Hi all
I have problems reading the tutorial, reference guide etc of Sibelius7. They
are tagged pdf-files. Opening them Jaws says 'alert: empty document". I
found out, that with F6 I land on the table of contents. I thought pressing
enter on a topic and pressing F6 again, should bring me to the topic's text,
but it seems not to work. Can somebody tell me, how to deal with this kind
of documents. I never encountered this problem with PDF-files nor with
normal Windows help files.

P.S. I wanted to read because of some problems with the sounds of Sibelius7.

tutorial.
