I think, that simply means, that sib-access will or will not trigger
plug-in. It does not mean, that the plugin is really running or not. It just
means, that sib-access makes use of it or not.

You are probably going to get sick of me...*chuckle*

Interesting Happenings
Just for something to do, I went back to set the keystroke for the Access
plug.
But, instead of putting in a combination, I made it blank, therefore no
keystroke.
OKayed the dialog

Press Control plus Grahv, I get the message
        The plug-in has been enabled
Press the keystroke once again, message
        The plug-in has been disabled

Thought you might like to know

What I will do is, shortly, very shortly after sending this email, I am
going to do a ReBoot of the computer, and see what turns up...*smile*
