HI, You can go to Create menu, then instruments. Go to staves and score list box, and choose the staff you want to duplicate. Press shift tab a few times and click below or above. Then the same staff will be added below or above the staff you chose. You might need to figure out how to send both staff to the same midi channel in order to send key switches to the same channel. This is just a theory that could work. I haven't confirmed. Maybe other can chime in.
