What? No, he meant there are laws protecting people from having
sensitive information published about them. Disability status is
one such area.
Here's a totally made up example. Imagine that I knew someone had
aspherger's syndrome, and was quite happily publishing this all
over the internet. Then, imagine that a perspective employer
considering hiring said person found this out and thought twice
about giving them a chance.
