Hi Mak,

If the signals crosses plane it means that there is an interruption in the
return path. So stitching capacitor is to be provided.

When stitching capacitor is added it means that you are connecting the two
planes by a path and the return current instead of taking a longer path will
now flow through the new stitched path.
