Agilent provided me a program to convert from Citty-format to 
Touchstone-format.

Hi all,

I am seeking some information about s-parameter citi file format. Is it =
easy to translate citi format to touchstone format? I am simulating link =
with citi file format in Hspice. But Hspice doesn't take it correctly.=20
