Hi everyone: I am trying a stack like this: 1. signal 2. gnd 3. power & signal 4. gnd 5. power 3,3 6. signal but I have many different powers and signals so it is hard to carried it out. The worst may be that it is tough to set 3.3V 2.5 and 1.2V in only two planes because all of them affect a BGA FPGA. Maybe it is necessary 8 layers, for example: 1. signal 2. gnd 3. power 1.2V, 1.6V, signal 4. signal 5. power 2.5V, 5, signal 6. gnd 7. power 3.3 8. signal What do you think? I will thank you any help Thanks and best regards ------------------------------------------------------------------ To unsubscribe from si-list: si-list-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with 'unsubscribe' in the Subject field or to administer your membership from a web page, go to: //www.freelists.org/webpage/si-list For help: si-list-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with 'help' in the Subject field List FAQ wiki page is located at: http://si-list.org/wiki/wiki.pl?Si-List_FAQ List technical documents are available at: http://www.si-list.org List archives are viewable at: //www.freelists.org/archives/si-list or at our remote archives: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/si-list/messages Old (prior to June 6, 2001) list archives are viewable at: http://www.qsl.net/wb6tpu
