[SI-LIST] si-list web site updated

The si-list web site ( http://www.si-list.org ) which has had a fairly 
minimal hand-hacked page or two for the past several months has just 
been updated with a more up-to-date interface.

I'll be adding more stuff over the next couple of weeks, but the basic 
framework is in place and is functional.

If there are features/items you feel would be useful to include, let me 
know and I'll see if they can be added to the site.


Currently there is:
*    info on subscribing/unsubscribing
*    History and Background of the List
*    SI Related Files   (to be added to)
*    Links to other SI sites (to be added real soon now)
*    Contact the webmaster
*    Links to the si-list message archives
