Dear All:
Sometime ago, I have proposed one question about nonlinear in power ground
noise of clock driver. We have found that there is no nonlinear in the power
ground noise and the decoupling circuit. We made some mistake in measurement:
1.The probe shoulde not be on one cap. The cap should be soldered off.
Otherwise, the power ground noise is "colored" by the caps.
2.When one oscilloscope is used to measure power ground noise. The system
impedance should be turned to 50ohm in order to prevent oscillation in the
transmission line.

Somebody asked me which kind of mistake we have made. They are above:)

Thanks to Istvan Novak and Larry Smith for their help.

Best Regards

Zhangkun
