Sreekanth,
From your description, I would guess that the ports you set up at the SFP end
of your diff channel do not DC- connect to the traces (or the connector
fingers). I.e., it's an Open at that end. Visualize your mesh, verify the
port's mesh connects to that of the conductors, fix the problem, run solver
again at just one freq point - say 1GHz - to confirm that your fix worked: S11
should be different from zero.

simulation and at the end simulation results were not matching i.e S11 is

When i am cutting only BGA portion of TX and simulating, the results were fine
i.e S11 is approximately 10dB
When i am taking the entire channel and simulating, S11 comes to be 0dB.
Could you please help me in finding the problem?
