[SI-LIST] S-Parameter for SI Training

Gurus:
Can someone please suggest me in details a good training course for
"S-Parameters in Signal Integrity and High Speed Design", please? Kindly
suggest me what the outline of such a course should be, that is, what
subtopics should this course cover. I am physically located in Singapore and
hence can take a classroom course in Singapore or an online course.

FYI, for my background, I know what S-Params mean, but have never been a
microwave guy. I had not taken any microwave course at university.
