On the Artech web site there is a listing for  for Linpar for Windows 
Version 2.0.:

There is a link to click on for some the demo software:
http://www.artechhouse.com/GetBLOB.asp?Name=061-3.zip

Downloading that software shows it to be for Version 1.0. However it 
does not appear to be very crippled (if at all). I was able to run 
several of the problems in the example directory with no problem.

Seems curious that they are providing version 1.0 as a demo when they 
are trying to sell version 2.0.....
