Here is the list to start with...
1 Signal Integrity Issues and Printed Circuit Board Design by douglas
brooks
2 perfect timing II ( http://www.cypress.com/?rID=98)
The next 2 books are highly recommended
3 signal integrity - simplified by Eric bogatin
4 high speed Digital design by howard johnson
When you are looking for solution for specific issue, be specific and
clearly mention, what you are looking for. Social media style typing won't
help much in this type professional mailing list.
