Yes, both the split planes are 3.3V. The whole board is 3.3V (power traces
and planes)
with the exception of one internal power trace which could carry 1.8V.

Hi Christopher
When you say all 3.3V, does that mean both split planes are 3.3V?

Hello, I have the following stackup, and was wondering
if anyone saw any problems with me routing incoming
power traces (12 mils) on the internal split planes.
TOP/SIG
GND (3.3V)
SIG
POWER (3.3V)
GND (3.3V)
SPLIT PLANE with 12 mil power traces (All 3.3V)
Adjust for overall Thickness .125"
SPLIT PLANE with 12 mil power traces (All 3.3V)
GND (3.3V)
POWER (3.3V)
SIG
GND(3.3V)
BOT/SIG
I have thin dielectrics between all the internal gnd and power
planes, including the splits.
