Amkor has an immediate SI engineer position now, and the hiring manger
is looking for a qualified Signal Integrity Engineer to join their
team in the Phoenix area. The brief job description is given as
follows:

Description
Amkor is currently looking for a Sr. RF and Signal Integrity
Electrical Engineer for our Chandler, AZ office. The primary function
of this position is to provide Thermal testing and modeling of
electronic packages. Major responsibilities of this position include:
RF Package electrical design and development
3D stacked Die and PoP Package electrical Co-design
Customer support
Requirements
This position requires a M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and
2+ years of related experience. The ideal candidate will have
experience with time domain/frequency domain electrical simulations
using 3D electrical package simulation tools such as Ansoft, HFSS,
ADS, Sigrity, Cadence, Optimal, and other high frequency simulation
tools. This position requires 5% domestic and 5% international travel.
