Any high speed scope of sufficient bandwidth will be able to measure =
these
signals.  Just be sure the scope/probing system you chose has a risetime =
of
1/3 or less of the risetime of your PCIe signals. Some of the scope
manufacturers offer applications that have predefined template for =
different
standards.  You may want to check those and see if they add any value to
what you are doing.
