[SI-LIST] PCB Fabrications

Hello All,
We have to fabricate a PCB with the following specifications:
1. Trace width = 3.5mil
2. Trace clearance = 3mil
3. Via: 8mil / 16mil (Drill/Pad)
4. Blind Vias: 4mil / 10mil (Depth = 3mil)

Please suggest any manufacturers.
