[SI-LIST] Oscilloscope showing 50Hz signal

Hi
I have an issue while probing with oscilloscope,
When i probe at any point on the board, I am getting a 50Hz signal with 50V
p-p.
When i connect the UART cable from PC to the board, scope giving proper
measurements.
Can anybody explain the reason for this behaviour of the scope.
