[SI-LIST] Manipulation of ICM and/or ICEM model in EDA tool

Hi, SI Gurus,

Though ICM and/or ICEM format has released for a while, as I get the 
information from local FAE, there is still no proper tool, such as 
Hspice, PCB SI (former SPECCTRAQuest) etc., can manipulate the model 
very well. I truly appreciate that any expert here can give me some 
points to achieve the simulation consists of IBIS and ICM file.
