Not at all, Fred. You run the analysis in Linpar at one frequency (that you 
select). Multlin imports the Linpar output text file, takes that reference 
frequency, and, with the aid of the normal exponential factors associated with 
R 
and G as a function of frequency, it generates Laplacian-based SPICE models 
that include the frequency-dependence of R and G.
